Terms of Use

1. What RomTale is. RomTale is an entertainment simulation. All characters are fictional, AI-generated adults. Nothing in RomTale is a real person, a real relationship, or advice.
2. Eligibility. You must be 18 or older. We verify age from your date of birth and may close accounts that misstate it.
3. Your account. You sign in with your Apple ID. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete it at any time from the app.
4. Your content. You keep ownership of the photos and text you add. You give us permission to store and process them to run the service. Do not upload photos of other people without their consent, or any content that is illegal, sexual, hateful or harassing. Explicit sexual roleplay is not permitted and characters will refuse it.
5. Fair use of the simulation. Do not attempt to extract, reverse engineer or abuse the AI systems, or to use the service to harass, deceive or harm anyone.
6. Purchases. This version of RomTale offers no in-app purchases. If purchases are added in a later version, they will be sold through Apple, whose terms govern renewal, cancellation and refunds. No purchase changes how characters respond to you.
7. Availability. The service is provided as is. We may change or end features. We are not liable for indirect losses to the extent permitted by law.
8. Termination. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the law.
