RomTale is an AI dating simulator for adults. Everyone you meet in RomTale is a fictional, AI-generated adult character. There are no real users, and nothing you do is shown to anyone else.
Contact
Email support@romtale.com. Tell us what happened and, if it concerns a conversation, the character's name. RomTale does not store your email address, so include one we can answer.
Common questions
- A character has not replied. Characters reply on their own schedule — minutes to hours — and sometimes they don't. That is the simulation, not a fault.
- Report a message. Long-press any character message inside the conversation and choose Report. Reports are reviewed by us.
- Block a character or end a conversation. Open the character's profile from the conversation and choose Unmatch or Block. Neither can be undone.
- Delete your account. You tab → Delete account (you confirm twice). Access ends immediately, your photos are deleted, and the remaining records are removed within 30 days.
- Export your data. You tab → Export my data.
- Sign out. You tab → Sign out.
- Age. RomTale is for adults 18 and over; the date of birth you enter at sign-up cannot be changed afterwards.
- Purchases. This version has no in-app purchases.
Content rules
- Everyone in RomTale is a fictional AI character. Nothing you say reaches a real person, and nothing about you is shown to anyone else.
- RomTale is for adults 18 and over.
- Characters do not do explicit sexual roleplay and will refuse it.
- Be decent anyway: sustained harassment or abuse of characters can lead to warnings and, after repeated violations, to the account being closed.
- Report any character message you think is wrong (long-press it). Block a character or end a conversation from their profile.
- Your photos are private to your account. Do not upload photos of other people without their consent.
- You can export or delete your data at any time from the You tab.
